1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Automize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Automize provides AI traffic attribution, analytics, and brand monitoring tools for website owners. The Service includes a web dashboard, mobile application, JavaScript tracking snippet, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• Send automated traffic or manipulate analytics data.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Credit packages are one-time purchases. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

The Free tier allows you to use your own API keys for AI platform integrations. You are solely responsible for the security and cost of your own API keys. We do not store or transmit your API keys beyond what is necessary to execute requests on your behalf.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data collected through your use of the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your analytics data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Automize and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
